TVC began its operations on 8th May 2000 with 2 products,
3 employees, 4 telephone lines, half an hour of media airtime
and unlimited dreams.
TVC established over 10 lakh satisfied customers and more than
100 innovative products within three years.
TVC’s 24x7x365 call centre was established in 2003 as
an advanced customer relationship management solution with
state-of-the-art customized software for order placement and
tracking.
On 17th May 2004, TVC launched its own 24-hours free to air
Satellite Sky-shopping channel – TVC ONLINE for the first
time ever in India, reaching 15 million households.
Today TVC has over 50% market share of the Indian sky shopping
market due to its constant introduction of New and Innovative
Products at amazing prices.
ITS PRODUCTS
TVC has created many brands that are known to most people
in India.
- RASHI RATNA AUR BHAGYA : Considered a
landmark, TVC’s RASHI RATNA AUR BHAGYA with
leading film personality Jackie Shroff created waves in Indian
skyshopping, as no one had ever sold precious gem stones
and gold jewellery on television.
- SAUNA BELT : TVC was the first to launch
the VELFORM SAUNA BELT to its varied range
of top class products. What followed was a mind-boggling
cluster of small sky-shopping companies who followed suit
with rehashed versions of the same product, creating a market
of INR 300 crores in India itself.
- SPEAK ENGLISH IN THIRTY DAYS : Another
first, TVC launched another innovative and historic product – SPEAK
ENGLISH IN THIRTY DAYS. This is the world’s
first ever English learning package for its Hindi audience
which has a detailed 30 day course, taught through video
CDs, audio cassettes and journals for revision. Once again,
many smaller sky shopping companies copied TVC with inferior
products.
- YOUNG FOREVER: A breakthrough of
Research & Development, TVC in January 2009 launched “Young
Forever” – The First Comprehensive system for
anti wrinkle and aging. Priced at Rs 2690/- for a 2 month
supply, this product is already on its way to becoming a
leader in this segment in India.
